The particle counter is the ideal sensor for monitoring the fine dust content of the outside air. The particle counter reliably measures the mass concentration of fine dust of size PM 2.5 up to the measuring range end value of 999.9 µg/m³. The radiation protection of the particle external sensor enables measurements in particularly bad weather conditions. The sensor technology and other electronic components of the outdoor particle counter are protected from a wide range of weather conditions by the housing.
The measured value is sent via the RS485 data interface from the connected evaluation unit, depending on the query interval. This means that the particle counter can be connected directly to, for example, the in-house process unit for further processing.
